“Successful Outplacement: Accompanying and Managing the Process Through Communication”

Change impacts a corporation’s development abilities. But, the employee is a determining success factor for the implementation of change. His ability to redirect himself and to consciously follow the steps of development is an important precondition for achieving (new) goals.
This is difficult in itself.
But what happens when the changes result in an extensive amount of layoffs?
Processes and structures are interrupted or destroyed long-term and become blocked by the employees’ fears and resistance.
If, in these situations, proper communication is not achieved and the process is not managed, the company’s value creation may be seriously compromised.

The workshop gives a general overview of possible outplacement and communication measures in order to convey a ‘feeling’ for procedures during separation processes.
