Why BestPlacement?
The term ‘outplacement’ has been well-established in the market. Many people also speak of ‘new placement’ or ‘in placement’. But the word ‘out’ clearly highlights one particular thing: the notion of severance and with it, the knowledge of having been removed from the company and from one’s responsibilities and tasks.
But there are many facets to what happens to affected employees, the company and its remaining employees, since the braid relationship which has developed will now be dissolved, both on a corporate and personal level.
What we expect from the consultation process is that all areas affected by reorientation be considered in order to meet the needs posed by the complexity of the task ahead.
Together, we create the opportunities that are hidden inside each separation and change process for the company and the employees affected, but also for the employees who remain, as they will be responsible for holding up company success.
As can be seen, the Best.Placement consultation process is an extensive process for all involved. In our role, we see ourselves as a permanent contact person, coach and also a trusted third party.
