Werner Keppler
Werner Keppler, born 1946, studied business administration at the University of Mannheim, Germany and received his PhD in 1975 for a thesis in organizations and behaviour sciences. He started his career as an assistant for organizational sociology at the Verwaltungshochschule - Universitiy of Applied Sciences Speyer, Germany.
In 1976 he started to work in different executive functions for the chemical industry, first as a leader of the businesses planning unit, and from 1984 on as the CEO of a unit of subsidiaries with focuses on the building, chemistry and automobile industry. Finally he was CEO of an international automobile supplier with more than 2500 employees.
Karl-Heinz Ludwig
Karl-Heinz Ludwig, born 1955, is a highly experienced executive and business coach. He is certified in systemic coaching and also in NLP. He is the founder of Best. Placement CPI's German offices, which were opened in 2000. He is passionate in helping leaders and other managers perform on their very best - especially if they need developmental strategies for repositioning into new roles.
Today "managing" means not only constantly maintaining a balance between planning, organization and leadership, but also staying focused on success. Obstacles, internal conflicts and shifting goals and objectives can throw leaders out of balance. Are leaders always prepared for a change?
Thilo E. Macharowsky
Thilo E. Macharowsky, born 1964, studied economics and industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. He holds two master degrees in these subjects and in addition a bachelor's degree in education from the same well-known university. Since 2005 he has been working on his PhD in education and psychology at the University of Leadership Culture, Landau, Germany.

Natascha Nickolaus
Natascha Nickolaus, born 1971, studied law at the University of Heidelberg, Germany and Leeds, UK. She holds two state exams/master degrees in law and is as attorney accredited by the Higher Federal State Court. In addition she studied economics and mediation, latter she holds a bachelor's degree at the University of Hagen, Germany. In mediation she is focused on economics, especially internal company conflicts. Natascha tutors at the University of Applied Sciences, Mainz, Germany, General Management "Leadership and Communications".
